Renaissance Property Group, LLC was founded in 2004 on the belief that in affordable housing development, the best business opportunities, and the greatest potential for community impact are often found in the most challenging projects. In naming the company, we sought not only to signal our desire to spur the rebirth of neglected neighborhoods, but also to summon the ideal of the Renaissance man: versatile, multi-talented and ever-curious.
Throughout the years, our core values—tenacity, creativity and perseverance—have repeatedly been put to the test, strengthened and re-affirmed. To these, a core belief in the primacy of partnership has emerged, which guides our efforts today.
