Arts Senior Apartments

Arts Senior Apartments, built on land adjacent to Old School, was completed in Summer, 2025.  The 45-unit project includes 9 unrestricted units so that seniors who don’t qualify as “low income” can benefit from its high-quality apartments.  Arts was the company’s first project to achieve Fortified Gold status for durable, resilient construction.
